Hello Inner Circle,

A more personal note on the idea I shared this week…

I’ve been thinking about this idea of “putting our phones down” not just in theory, but in my own life. There are moments where I feel the pull to step away from it all. And sometimes I do consciously or sometimes I just forget to turn my ringer on.

But what I’m noticing is that it doesn’t quite answer the feeling underneath. Because it’s not just about the phone. It’s about how we’re living.

The moments that stay with me are rarely about being offline. They’re about being in something. A long conversation. A shared meal. A lively exchange. Time that stretches a little and even when time flies by.

That’s really what sits underneath the piece I wrote this week, and in many ways, the parts of the book that especially look at digital living too.

A more human way of living alongside technology, rather than trying to escape it.

The book is getting very close now to launch, which feels both exciting and slightly surreal.

And if you want to follow along with what I’m writing and working on, I’ve left a couple of links below so you’re in the loop, without overwhelming your inbox.
