Hello my fellow human & Yummie friend,

As we come into December and move towards the end of the year, I’ve been reflecting on the posts, blogs, articles and ideas you connected with the most in 2025 - and what guidance and solutions you were most looking for.
And before I share the longer version on my website and on LinkedIn, I wanted to share these reflections with you first. You are my inner circle, and it feels right that you see this before anyone else.

What stood out was not just the topics themselves, but the emotion behind them. You were drawn to the simple, human things. Food. Festivals. Leadership. Culture. Digital habits. The way we live and work. The way we try to feel a little more alive in a fast-moving world.

These themes may seem small, but together they reveal something powerful about what we are all craving right now.

What your engagement revealed

As a cyberpsychologist and wellness and lifestyle futurist, I pay attention to patterns in how we live, work and connect. And this year, the same messages appeared again and again in your responses.

1.) You loved the reminder that workplace wellbeing starts with lunch
Not the fancy programmes.
Not the long checklists.
Just the pause in the middle of the day.
Something human. Something grounding.

2.) You resonated with the idea that wellness can exist anywhere
Joy and freedom are not limited to retreats or Ibiza sunsets.
They can be part of Monday mornings too.

3.) You lit up when leadership was reframed through festivals
Where hierarchy softens or better yet dissolves.
Where people show up as themselves.
Where joy builds trust and belonging.

4.) You felt the truth of digital food culture
What we scroll shapes how we eat.
How we eat shapes how we feel.
How we feel shapes how we connect.

5.) And many of you shared your excitement about my soft launch and my mission
Which told me something important. First of all I need to thank you again for your enthusiasm and support - Thank you!
And people are ready for a more human, joyful, rooted way of living in a digital world and in our everyday lives.

The pattern underneath all of this

Across everything, the same desires kept appearing.

You want more:
• ease
• community
• joy and pleasure
• sensory moments
• rituals that ground you
• a healthier relationship with digital life
• a more human pace
• leadership that feels real and kind

We are all adapting to rapid digital change. Our attention is stretched. Our nervous systems are tired. And we are beginning to realise that meaning, creativity, food, culture, leaning into pleasure and presence are the anchors we need to help us stay whole.

The direction is clear.

2026 will be a year of joyful living, human-first workplace culture and everyday lifestyle, digital wisdom, modern leadership and food as a connector in all parts of life.

I’m already hearing from organisations and from so many of you individually who are looking for ideas that feel warm, accessible and grounded in practices that genuinely shift how we live, work and connect. Whether it’s in your workplace, your home, your relationships or your own daily rhythms, the themes are the same: more presence, more ease, more joy, more humanity.

And for me, the work will feel fun and a little playful too. The deepest ideas always land better when people are smiling and genuinely enjoying the experience. If we are exploring joy and presence, we may as well enjoy ourselves while we do it.

The Yummietarian™ mindset is a living movement that will keep growing as a simple, accessible way to explore joy, pleasure, presence and whole-life nourishment. My book Live Life Yummie, my podcast, and the workshops and experiences I’m creating will all support this in 2026 and beyond.

This is only the beginning, but the gentle revolution starts now.

A gentle close

Thank you for reading, sharing and supporting these ideas. You have shown me, again and again, that so many of us want lives that feel connected, meaningful, joyful and rooted in small moments of nourishment and kindness.

Here is to more presence, pleasure, connection and delicious joy as we see out the end of this year and as we move into 2026 (with wishes for a nourishing festive season.)
And here is to choosing the things that make us feel more alive.

With warmth and Yummieness,
Rani 💛
